GRP/W pipes and fittings
GRP/W pipes and fittings consist of two layers: the main structural layer made of laminate and the outer, flame-retardant, non-toxic and antistatic laminate layer. GRP/W pipes and fittings are suitable for the transport of non-flammable liquids, including aggressive ones, water (wastewater, mine water) as well as suspensions, water solutions, proppant mixture, oil-water emulsions, brine, etc.
Inner linings in GRP/W pipes improve the technical parameters of pipes and fittings in terms of their chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, etc. These linings in GRP/W pipes do not have to be antistatic and do not affect the type of the medium transported.
At the customer’s request, internal linings can be made of materials or pipes approved for use in underground mine excavations.
GRP/G pipes and fittings
GRP/G pipes and fittings consist of three layers: the main structural layer made of laminate and the outer and inner flame-retardant, non-toxic and antistatic laminate layers. GRP/G pipes and fittings are suitable for the transport of compressed air, inert gases, methane, methane in negative pressure in methane drainage installations as well as all the above-mentioned media for the GRP/W type. GRP/G pipes and fittings are also characterized by a cross resistivity not worse than R≤106 Ω/m according to the PN-EN ISO 8031 standard.
Internal linings in GRP/G pipes and fittings must be made of materials or pipes approved for use in underground mine excavations and have an internal and external antistatic, flame retardant and non-toxic layer.
GRP/W and GRP/G pipes and fittings in the pre-insulated version
Pipes and fittings are intended for the construction of pre-insulated pipelines in mining excavations. The basic elements of pre-insulated pipelines are GRP/W or GRP/G line pipes with or without internal linings, HDPE ASTP2/O casing pipes, and thermal insulation made of PUR or GRP/W foam as well as thermal insulation made of PUR foam.
